Restoration is not left to whatever hours happen to be free. Protected Friday and the week-thirteen restoration pause create the time deliberately, so renewal is a structural feature of the community rather than a private luxury.

Sociality without consumption pressure
The time comes from the Temporal Constitution — the universally free Friday and the thirteenth week each quarter, when ordinary cadence is suspended for communal restoration. The place is the Social House, a third place that supplies sociality without consumption pressure: belonging that does not require spending.
Because the recreation is participatory and restorative rather than passive or commercial, it does the work the community needs it to do — rebuilding people for their Business Enterprise — instead of becoming one more market for their attention.
